Return and refund policy

30 days to register your return

At Ali’s Fightgear you can register a return within 30 days, counted from the day after receipt of the last item of your order. This period consists of the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days and our 100% satisfaction guarantee up to and including day 30. If the period ends on a weekend or on a recognised public holiday, it continues until the next working day.

Cancelling and registering a return

You can also exercise your statutory right of withdrawal before receipt. Via your order overview you can submit a cancellation request for items that have not yet been shipped and a return request for delivered items. You may also email us directly; no customer account is needed for withdrawal by email. You can also use the withdrawal form via www.ali-s.nl/pages/herroepen. If your parcel is already on its way, please contact us for the return handling. Shipping does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal.

Email your return notification and order number to info@ali-s.nl. For a statutory withdrawal you may also use another unambiguous statement; prior approval is not required for this. Send the product back within 14 days of your notification. Keep your proof of postage.

100% satisfaction guarantee

Within the statutory cooling-off period you may examine the product as you would in a shop. In addition, all our products are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied, even after use, report your return within 30 days of receipt and send the product back. We will refund the purchase amount. The absence of the original packaging is not a problem.

Hygiene products

For sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal lapses once the seal has been broken, provided this was communicated in advance. Our mouthguards are not supplied sealed; you may return them even after opening within the return period. Statutory rights in the event of a defective product remain in force.

Return costs and refund

The direct costs of return are for the customer, except in the case of an incorrect delivery or a defect for which we are responsible. In that case, please contact us for a solution free of charge.

In the event of a statutory withdrawal, we will refund you within 14 days of your notification. We may wait until we have received the product or proof of return, whichever happens first. In the case of a full withdrawal, we also reimburse the standard outbound shipping costs. The refund is made using the same payment method, unless agreed otherwise, without additional costs. For a return under our satisfaction guarantee, we refund within 14 days of receiving the product.

Defect, damage or incorrect delivery

Please contact us as soon as possible via the email address above. Even after the return period, your statutory rights to a proper product remain in force.
