Ali’s Fightgear is responsible for the processing of your personal data as described in this privacy policy.

1. Which personal data do we process?
– Name
– Address details (billing and delivery address)
– Email address
– Phone number
– Order details and order history
– Payment details (the payment itself is handled by our payment provider; we do not see full card details)
– Information you send us by email, via the contact form or via the withdrawal form
– IP address, browser and device data
– Data about your visit to our website, such as pages and products viewed (only with consent, see section 6)

2. What do we use your data for?
– Processing, shipping and delivering your order
– Handling payments, returns, withdrawals and warranties
– Customer service and answering your questions
– Enabling you to track your parcel
– Complying with legal obligations, such as our accounting and tax obligations
– Improving our website and webshop
– Marketing, such as personalised ads and our newsletter (only with your consent)

3. On what legal basis?
– Performance of the contract (your order)
– Legal obligation (for example, accounting)
– Legitimate interest (for example, security and improving our webshop)

4. How long do we keep your data?
– Accounting records and invoices: 7 years (statutory retention period)
– Email contact with customer service: up to 2 years
– Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe
– Other data: no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected

5. With whom do we share your data?
We only share data with parties that are necessary for our services or for which you have given consent:
– Shopify (the platform our webshop runs on)
– Payment providers (to process your payment)
– Delivery services PostNL, DHL and DPD (to deliver your parcel)
– Parcel Panel (to track your order)
– Google (Google & YouTube, among other things for Google Shopping and measuring ads)
– Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram, for ads and measuring them)
– bol.com (we show genuine reviews from our bol.com store on our website)
We make agreements with parties that process your data on our behalf to protect your data. We never sell your data.

Some of these parties (such as Shopify, Google and Meta) may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. This only happens with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

We use functional, analytical and marketing cookies.
– Functional cookies are necessary for the webshop to work, for example for your shopping cart and checkout.

– We use marketing cookies to track your behaviour on our website, such as which pages you visit and which products you view. We use this data to show personalised ads and offers.

For this we use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google (Google & YouTube). These tools help us make ads more relevant and measure the effectiveness of campaigns. In addition, we use Parcel Panel to track your order.

We only place analytical and marketing cookies if you give your consent via the cookie banner on our website. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings on our website or via your browser settings.

7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or have your data deleted. You can also object to the processing, have the processing restricted, have your data transferred (data portability) and withdraw your consent.
Send your request to info@ali-s.nl. We will respond within one month. To prevent misuse, we may ask you to identify yourself.
Are you not satisfied with how we handle your data? Then you can file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority) (www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

We take appropriate measures to protect your data, such as a secure connection (SSL), secure servers and restricted access to data.

We may change this privacy policy. The current version is always available on our website. In the event of important changes, we will update the date at the top.
