Ordering and shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the Netherlands is free. Shipping to Belgium and the other EU countries costs €9.95; from €50.00 it is free.

When will I receive my order?
In the Netherlands: ordered before 15:00 on working days, delivered the next working day (if in stock). Belgium: 2–5 working days.

Which carrier do you ship with?
We ship with PostNL, DHL or DPD.

Returns

Can I return a product?
Yes. All our products are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied, even after use, report your return within 30 days of receipt and send the product back. We will refund the purchase amount. Read more in our return policy.

Can I return a mouthguard after opening?
Yes. Our mouthguards are not supplied sealed; you may return them even after opening within the return period.

How do I withdraw from my order?
Use our withdrawal form. You do not need an account.

Products and sizes

Which boxing glove weight do I need?

What do I need to start kickboxing?
The basics are: boxing gloves, hand wraps or inner gloves, shin guards, a mouthguard and a groin guard. Also ask your gym what is required there. See our checklist for beginners.

How long are the hand wraps?
The BPC-1 hand wraps are 460 cm long, suitable for adults.
