Protection Explanation:

These shin guards are designed to protect the wearer from impacts to the shin during contact sports like martial arts, kickboxing, and other combat sports. The guards absorb and distribute the force from impacts to minimize the risk of injury.

Choosing the Correct Size:

To ensure optimal protection, select the correct size of shin guards based on your height:

M: Suitable for individuals between 134cm – 152cm.
L: Suitable for individuals between 152cm – 170cm.
XL: Suitable for individuals between 170cm – 188cm.

Proper fit ensures the shin guards stay securely in place and cover the shin area fully.

When to Replace Your Shin Guards:
